'Scarf' Exceptional Hermes

HERMES presents a special collection. Collection of limited edition scarf to items offered recently.

Hermes fashion house again presents a special collaboration, this time by Japanese photographer Hiroshi Sugimoto. Together with Sugimoto, Hermes will be presenting a limited edition scarf, Hermes project is still in the series Editeur, who mated with a high level of craftmanship art on textiles.

Sugimoto for Hermes scarf inspired by his work entitled "Colors of Shadow", which will be exhibited at the Art Basel contemporary art exhibition in June. For the scarf collection, Sugimoto works with Hermes Creative Director Pierre-Alexis Dumas.Mereka jointly select 20 photographs depicting the richness Sugimoto polaroid shades.

Polaroid photos will then be printed on silk material twill.Dumas mention every scarf designs will only be produced as many as seven pieces. Hermes collaboration with Sugimoto is a continuation of previous collaboration with the French conceptual artist Daniel Buren, and the Bauhaus art school alumnus Josef Albers.
